Description: It is hard to admire the concreting in the XXI century, in principle, every inch of space, and cut any larger trees in the city center. This is typical of the mid-twentieth century "concrete desert" in modern architecture that is a typical example of how NOT to renovate the EU funds. And why these parking spaces and allowed traffic on the streets: Wojska Polskiego, Grodzka, Starzyński?
